Who is responsible for your information

JLT Fitness Studio is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

Information we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your answers to the 14-day starting-plan questions.
• Whether you separately choose to receive occasional marketing emails.
• Basic technical and security information needed to protect the form and website.

You do not need to provide medical information through the starting-plan quiz.

How we use it

• To unlock and record the plan you request.
• To respond if you contact JLT about coaching or a first visit.
• To protect the website from spam, misuse and security problems.
• To send occasional coaching information and offers only when you have actively chosen that option.

Providing the requested plan and responding to an enquiry are steps taken at your request. Optional marketing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing and storage

JLT does not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by trusted website, database, email or communications providers where that is necessary to operate the service. JLT keeps information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, to manage enquiries and to meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw marketing consent, or ask for deletion where the law allows. Email hello@jlt.fitness to make a request.
